RECIPE INDONESIAN CHOW MEIN (THIN NOODLES)

Ingredients

  • 2 packages thin noodles, mihoen
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 chickenbreasts, sliced
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 6 slices bacon, chopped
  • soysauce
  • sweet soysauce (ketjap manis)
  • 3 ounces snowpods
  • 1 red pepper, sliced and cut up
  • some broccoli florets

Preparation

Prepare noodles, this takes just minutes!

Heat oil and stirfry bacon, onion and garlic for 5 mins. Add chicken when the chicken turns white add soy and sweet soy. Add as much or little as you like, it should have a lot of flavour because its going to get mixed with the noodles.

Add vegetables until just doen. Then add noodles and fry on high heat until 'dry'.

Serve immediately.
