RECIPE WITH PARMESAN AND PARSLEY STUFFED STEAKS

Recipe for stuffed steaks

Meat dishes from Italy for 4 persons, suitable for for christmas and other holidays.

Ingredients

  • 4 thick steaks
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 bunch parsley, chopped
  • 1/2 cup parmesan, grated (fresh)
  • 1 cup red wine
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1/2 tsp butter
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • freshly ground pepper

Preparation

Slice steaks halfway but not all the way through, try to make a little pocket.

Blend garlic, parmesan and parsley together in a food processor.

Stuff steaks with mixture.

Grill steaks until done, to your liking and leave to rest for 3 minutes. Pour wine in same pan and reduce a bit, add butter and salt and pepper to taste. Drizzle sauce over steak.
