Spicy Japanese dip to go with Sashimi.

Ingredients

  • 5 tsp sake
  • 2 springonions minced
  • 3 tbsp lemonjuice
  • 1/2 tsp Shishimi togarashi
  • 3 tbsp soysauce

Preparation

Heat sake until alcohol has evaporated the mix with other ingredients and let it cool.

Serve with Sashimi or Sushi.
