RECIPE CHILIS BONELESS BUFFALO WINGS

`This clone of Chili`s new menu items gives us the zesty flavor of traditional Buffalo chicken wings without the bones or skin. That`s because these `wings` are actually nuggets sliced from chicken breast fillets that are breaded and fried, then smothered with the same type of spicy wing sauce used on typical wings. If you like Buffalo wings, you`ll love this recipe. Serve these babies up with some celery sticks and bleu cheese dressing on the side for dipping. Now you can actually eat Buffalo wings with a fork!`

Review Regular Buffalo style wing sauces (Hot, Med, & Mild) at resturants in buffalo are usually made with butter flavored margerine, franks red hot and what ever other type of spices you would like to add... Mixtures are easy half butter and half franks hot sauce would make medium. 3/4 hot and 1/4 butter would make hot, 1/4 hot and 3/4 butter would make mild. regular butter is fine.

I am from Buffalo and have worked in numerous resturaunts making chicken wings aka "buffalo wings"...

Review I think the salt needs to be 2 tsp. once the oil is hot it doesn't take long in a deep fryer.

Review Great recipe but I would reduce the amount of salt, 2 tbsp. made the wings very salty.
