RECIPE CHICKEN WITH BALSAMIC

Pollo al Balsamico

Poultry dishes from Italy for 4 persons

Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts, sliced
  • 2 tbsp flour mixed with salt and pepper to taste
  • 3 tbsp oliveoil
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • small bunch of fresh basil
  • 5 tbsp dry white wine
  • 3 tbsp good balsamic vinegar

Preparation

Coat chicken with flour/salt mixture.

Preheat 4 plates.

Heat oil in large pan. Saute chicken until golden, when turning add butter. When just done add wine and simmer for 5 mins until almost all fluid is evaporated.

Tear basil in small pieces.

Divide chicken over plates and sprinkle with left over fluid and some vinegar, basil and fresh pepper.

Serve with risotto.
