RECIPE CHICKEN ALA BORONESSA LIA

Poultry dishes from Italy for 4 persons

Ingredients

  • 4 chickenbreasts
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp oliveoil
  • 1/4 cup white wine
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 bulb mozzarella
  • some fresh tarragon
  • salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

Saute chicken in oliveoil and butter until golden on both sides. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste. Add wine and simmer for a minute. Slice mozzarella en divide over chicken, sprinkle with tarragon. Cover pan with lid and let the mozzarella melt.

Serve immediately.
