RECIPE PORK TENDERLOIN WITH GARLIC MUSTARD SAUCE

Recipe for a pork tenderloin with a delicous garlic mustard sauce, serve with home made fries!

Ingredients

  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 green onion, chopped
  • 2 large pork tenderloins
  • 1 tbsp flour with 2 tbsp cold water
  • 1 tsp butter
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 1 cup beef stock
  • 1 tsp dijon mustard
  • 2 tbsp parsley

Preparation

Slice pork diagonally in thick slices. Heat butter and oliveoil and saute pork until browned and done, keep warm.

Add garlic and green onion and saute for a minute, stir in stock and bring to a boil, add mustard and parsley and stir well. Reduce to half and bring to taste with salt and pepper. To thicken use flour mixture or stir in some ice cold butter cubes.
