RECIPE OUTBACK STEAKHOUSE QUEENLAND CHICKEN AND SHRIMP

Poultry dishes from Australia for 4 persons

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 1/4 cup cream
  • 1/4 tsp poultry herbs
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne
  • 1/8 tsp white pepper
  • 1/8 tsp onionpowder
  • 1/2 cup white wine
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • your favorite pasta
  • 4 chickenbreasts
  • 1/2 pnd shrimp, peeled and devined
  • 1 tsp oliveoil

Preparation

Mix herbs/spices well. Add milk and cream to pan with butter and half teh herbs and spices. Reduce a little until it thickens, leave to cool.

Cook pasta according to package.


Saute chicken in oil with other half of spice mixture and wine. Take out when done, then add shrimp until done.

Serve chicken and shrimp on a bed of pasta and drizzle some of the sauce on top.

Serve with a salad or steamed broccoli and showpeas.
