RECIPE TAPENADE

Recipe for Tapenade an olive spread with capers and ansjovis.

Sauces and dressings from France , suitable for on or with a bbq dish, for christmas and other holidays.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 pnd black olives, kalamata, seeded
  • 1-2 cloves garlic
  • 4 ansjovisfillets
  • 1 tbsp dijon mustard
  • 2 tbsp oliveoil
  • 2 tbsp good capers
  • freshly ground pepper

Preparation

Put all but the capers in a food processor and chop everything up.

Then spoon in capers and mix well. Bring to taste with pepper.
