RECIPE TAK KAL BI MARINATED CHICKEN

Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 pounds chicken breast
  • 1 teacup soy sauce (japanese)
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp rice wine (sake)
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds (roasted)
  • 1 tbsp grated garlic
  • 1 tbsp grated onion
  • 1 tbsp grated pear
  • 1/2 tbsp grated papaya
  • 1/2 tbsp grated ginger
  • pepper and salt

Preparation

Put chicken breasts in bag together with ingredients and marinate for at least 1 hour.

Dry the chicken and fry in a grill-pan (or bbq) 'til it's well-done
