RECIPE DAK COCHU JANG BOEKUM

Poultry dishes from Korea for 6 persons

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 pnd chickenbreast, sliced
  • 5 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp chopped garlic
  • 1 spring onion, finely sliced
  • 1 tbsp ginger, chopped
  • 5 tbsp korean chilipaste
  • 2 tbsp soysauce
  • 2 tbsp sesameoil
  • 2 tbsp sesameseeds
  • 1/2 cup water

Preparation

Marinate chicken in sugar, about an hour.

Mix all other ingredients (not water) and marinate for another hour.

Heat up water and add chicken mixture, leave to simmer for about 30 minutes util all water has evaporated.

Serve with rice, a salad and Kim Chi.
