RECIPE STIRFRIED CHICKEN WITH BASIL AND GREEN CURRY

Poultry dishes from Thailand for 4 persons

Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp oil
  • 3 tbsp green curry paste
  • 1 pnd chicken breast, sliced
  • 3 ounces bambooshoots
  • 2 ounce chopped green/red chilis
  • 4 tbsp coconutmilk
  • 3 tbsp fishsauce
  • 3 tbsp sugar
  • 1 ounce thai basil
  • 3 tbsp cream

Preparation

Heat pan and add oil and curry paste, fry for a minute, add chicken and fry until white. Add all ingredients except last 2 and fry on high heat for about 4 mins. Add more fishsauce to taste.

Finally stir in cream and basil.

Serve with rice.
