RECIPE PASTA WITH SEAFOOD

Recipe for pasta with a variety of seafood, use your favorite "Fruit de Mer"......

Pasta dishes from Italy for 4 persons

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 pnds mixed seafood (shrimp, scallops, salmon, crabstick, squid)
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 1 pnt milk
  • 1 fish stock cube
  • 1 cup creme fraiche
  • 1 pnd of your favorite paste
  • oliveoil
  • garlic
  • fresh basil

Preparation

Prepare a Bechamelsauce using butter, flour and the milk. Instead of salt use the stock cube. Just before using the sauce stir in creme fraiche.

Prepare pasta according to package, add oil, garlic and basil to hot pasta an toss to coat.

Heat seafood by stir frying it to warm up. Toss with pasta and bechamel sauce.

Serve with spinach and cream and some freshly grated parmesan.
