Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup bonito flakes
  • 3 'sheets' konbu
  • 2 pints water
  • if you like some soysauce

Preparation

Bring water to a boil.

Add bonito and konbu. Turn of heat and leave for about 10 mins. Taste if its strong enough, the pass through sive and you're ready.
