RECIPE BURRITOS

Sandwich dishes from Mexico for 1 person, suitable for for children or prepare with children.

Ingredients

  • 2 tortillas or 1 big one
  • 1 chickenbreast, flattened
  • 1/2 avocado
  • little iceberg lettuce, shredded
  • 2 tbsp of your favorite salsa
  • 1 tin baked beans
  • pinch of the following spices: cumin, cayenne, stockpowder
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • Mexican rice
  • 1/2 cup boiled rice
  • 1/4 cup chopped tomatos
  • 1/2 tsp cumin
  • 1/2 tsp cayenne
  • Rub
  • 1 tsp liquid smoke
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp cayenne
  • 1/2 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp oil
  • salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

Prepare rub and rub chicken with it.

Cube avocado.

Prepare rice by first sauteing tomato, to reduce liquid, add rice, and rest of ingredients. Bring to taste with salt and pepper.

Mix beans with spices and heat up.

Grill chicken and slice thinly.

Prepare burrito by layering rice, chicken, salsa, sour cream, beans and lettuce. Roll up and serve immediately.
