RECIPE AVOCADO SALSA

Ingredients

  • 1 can pintobeans, drained
  • 1 small red onion, chopped
  • 1-2 chilis, finely chopped
  • 2 avocados, cubed
  • 4 tbsp chopped koriander/cilantro
  • 2 tbsp limejuice
  • 6 tbsp extra virgin oliveoil
  • salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

Mix all ingredients and leave for at least 10 mins to let the flavours mix. Add salt and pepper to taste.
