RECIPE YOGHURT SAUCE

Low Fat dishes from Greece , suitable for on or with a bbq dish.

Ingredients

  • parsley
  • chive
  • 2 tbsp low-fat yoghurt
  • 1 tbsp vinegar
  • pepper and salt

Preparation

Clean the parsley and chive and chop finely. Mix herbs with rest of ingredients to a smooth sauce.

Variation
Add some chopped pickles, small onions, curry powder or paprika powder.

1 tbsp yoghurt sauce is about 5 kcal.
