RECIPE TUNAMIX

Recipe for a tuna ovendish.

Low Fat dishes from The Netherlands for 1 person

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 tbsp rice
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • some cornstarch
  • salt adn pepper to taste
  • 3 oz. peas/carrots (from a can)
  • pinch mustard powder
  • some grated cheese
  • 2 oz. tuna, drained
  • 1 slice white bread, toasted and crumbled

Preparation

Preheat oven to 200C/400F. Prepare rice according to package.

Melt some margarine, add milk and starch to thicken. To taste some salt and pepper, and simmer until it thickens. Take of heat and stir in mustard powder, cheese, rice, peas/carrots and tuna.

Put in ovendish and cover with breadcrumbs and bake in oven for about 25 minutes.
