RECIPE CREOLE MUSTARDSAUCE

Recipe for a mustardy dip

Sauces and dressings from United States , suitable for on or with a bbq dish.

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp yellow mustard (Colemans)
  • 1 tbsp horseradish, grated
  • 1/2 tsp cider vinegar
  • a dash worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp red wine vinegar
  • 1 tsp water
  • 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp green onion, chopped
  • 1 tbsp garlic, grated
  • 1 tsp celerystalk, chopped
  • 1 tsp grated onion1 tsp grated chili (green)

Preparation

Mix all ingredients well and let stand for a few hours to develop taste.

Serve with grilled meat and fish.
